I am a bit confused by this feeling of portrayal being expressed. He changed jobs he didn't cheat on anyone. Why would any of us changed employers? Perhaps they offered him too much money to turn down? Perhaps there were more challenges and growth opportunities? Would any of us want to be spoken of like this, if we simply made the choice to change employers? You would think he was found guilty of treason.
