Hi Rachael, and List,
I too plug in my Bn when not in use. IN fact, the first thing
I do when traveling is find a plug in the home or hotel where
I'm staying. (It amuses my son, who has a tendency to forget to
plug in his cellphone and then has fist when it needs charging
while he is out for the day! smile)
I know there was a problem with a batch of battries installed,
not long ago. Maybe that has something to do with your
problem.
Wish I could help, but admit I'm grateful to not have your
worry!
