Hi, Robert and Rachael,
I handle email exactly the same way, but I also create duplicate
folders on a generic 1 gig flash card to prevent loss from
accidental corruption or deletion. This works extremely well for
me when I read and respond to several hundred emails during one
session. I use the folder manager function from the file manager
menu to creat the flash card folders.
