Hi Rhonda. I renamed the product key file produc.exe, tried to install it, and I'm still getting the following message on my BN: Braillenote mpower upgrade: Failed to update rom version number Sorry it didn't work. I'll keep trying until it does, though. Can you think of any other suggestions?
