Leslie, here is another thing you might try. I would try downloading your product key again on the flash drife. I'd just put it in the none folder. Try installing it again, after you've downloaded it again. If it doesn't work, I would assume something may be wrong with your key. In that case, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and let them know it won't download. I did try calling you, but you were not in. If I can call you, I'll be glad to do that.
