What I suppose they could do is basically connect to the internet and send technical details of the crash, which is what GWMicro's error reporting feature does.

Did you ever get one of those dialogs that says in essence, Windows or some application (fill in the name) has encountered a problem? The dialog contains a Send ERROR REPORT and a DON'T SEND button? I don't think that's implemented in Windows CE, nor do I think that Windows CE would let you exit that gracefully from a program crash and let you go about your business. Too bad. Even so, the idea of some bug reporting feature in Keysoft is a good one.
