Talking to HW directly has always been the best and most efficient way of dealing with problems. Since this is a list consisting mostly of end-users, it's never made sense to me when someone posts messages to HW staff. Now, if someone has a BN question or problem, and asks other list members if they have ever experienced such a situation, that's a different matter.
