Aloha,
I was able to install my product key fine. Now when I hold down dots
4 and 5, press the reset button and then let up the 4 and 5 when I
hear a sound, nothing happens. I have checked to be sure the correct
file is on the SD card. The AC adapter is plugged in. The only way to
get the unit to work again is to reset using the record and reset
button convination.
Thoughts?
