Charlie, do you have your setting as a "shared authentication"? If you
want to do that, make sure your BrailleNote setting in wireless is set to
yes. Also, if you are using a WEP key, set that to yes. If you are
writing in a WEP key, make sure your numbers are lower case. What makes
me think you are using a "shared authentication" is your firewall
question. If you want to check out those things, go to Main Menu, Press
O, C R. Review your connection. You can press Backspace C to change any
of those settings. Much luck to you.

connected and it indicates an IP address however dns is blank -
the
configuration has said "yes" to get an IP address automatically
(which is I
believe the proper selection) .. I'm not sure why there is no
indication of
a dns address - could this be a firewall issue? The firewall has
an active
active firewall - however I've had not problems with my other
computer ...
