Hi Ronda:
Is this with the MPowerQT? I'm assuming so, but wanted to make sure.

Hi Mickey:
When I am reading with my classic 7.2 BT, if I am editing
something, I read with the thumb keys. For some reason, if I
want to go back and read a previous line, I get a beep, either
using dot 1 chord, or trying to go back with my back thumb key
command. If I press the letter G chord, I am at the top of the
document.
When I am reading with the mPower, and am arrowing down to read,
I cannot up-arrow to read the previous line. I basically see
this in email. If I press Read with G, I am at the top of the
document.
Warm Regards,
Rhonda Clark,
Illinois

Hi Ronda:
In problem 1, are you reading with the braille display and then
the speech?
If that's what's going on, then I'd suggest that you route the
cursor with
the cursor routing key before starting the speech.
Please let me know if I'm missing something.

Subject: [Braillenote] Problem
With 7.2, I have noted the following:
1. When you are reading an email or a document, either using
the down
arrow key, or the dot 4 chord, and you want to go back up a
line, the
speech part is actually at the top of the document. It's like
having two
separate cursors.
2. Using the classic BN BT, I am still having my calculator
issue. When
I put something in memory, it is fine until I reset. When I go
back in to
the calculator, "0" is displayed. When I go back in to the
memory part,
my number has doubled. I do not find this using the QWERTY
keyboard.
3. When I am downloading a book in Daisy, my mPower VoiceNote
freezes.
There is nothing to do but reset. I've made note that some
people are
getting all the way through the process, being able to download
the book.
I can do that sometimes, but it is not consistent.
Enjoy your day,
And be blessed!
Warm Regards,
Rhonda Clark
