Sharon; This list serve is for us to solve simple problems, ask questions, determine if our problem is a real bug and much, much more. Until we determine that something is really a bug, by asking questions, be will be sending unnecessary messages to HW and getting no response. We are here to help each other with minor problems. If I was at work, with out my hand book, would you want us calling HW just for a command we forgot. It is also a way to learn new term related to the BN, such as router. That was a good explination.
