Here is how I interpret this.
Certainly, if you have a question concerning how to use your Braillenote
or what specific command can allow you to accomplish tasks this is the
list to ask such questions.
What this list won't help with are complaints about how long it is
taking you to get your equipment repaired, complaints about poor tech
support, and problems concerning overall customer service from
HumanWare.
We can't help not because many of us wouldn't want to help, but simply
because we're not employees of HumanWare, and we are as subject to what
they do or do not do as you are.
This is a wonderful list for asking questions and receiving valuable
information.  It is not the place to complain about problems that
pertain specifically to HumanWare and how the company is treating you
because none of us can do a darn thing about any of that.

  Hilda Moreno gave us email addresses to post problems to 
HumanWare staff.  This is all fine and well, but, if we are going 
to be given these addresses as the way to go, what is this list 
for? We already know it's not for chitchat!
