However, my only point is that you may well write and tell other list
members what your experience has been when dealing with HumanWare, but
don't assume because you have shared your issues with the list that
anything will be resolved.
Some will tell you that they've had nothing but good service from
HumanWare, others will describe service that is not so good.
This list, however, cannot resolve problems that deal with issues that
only HumanWare can deal with.  We can and do answer questions, and there
are some on this list who are exceedingly knowledgeable concerning the
Braillenote family of products.
But if, for instance, you have a Braille display that is not functioning
correctly, or if your flash disk has failed, there isn't anything your
fellow list members can do that will resolve your problem.
