oh yes I do refere to the manual, but as I've said in my previous posts, my
bn classic decided to go to braillenote heaven and so I can't exactly pull
up a manual to see what it says. thanks for the support and kind words.

Actually, what Brandon said is exactly what I was told by Humanware Tech
Support.
(Brandon is an infrequent contributor to this List so I think it rather
unkind to come down on him.
Equally important, it seem reasonable to suggest that some of us are
more familiar with the Manual than others, especially if long-time BN
users. I'd hazard a guess that, for the most part, BN Users refer to the
Manual for speciric information.)
