Like others, I also leave my cards in most of the time. I do not store anything on the Flash drive because I only use things that are used on both the PC and the BN. Also, like others, I tend to plug my unit in when at home or at least every night before going to bed. Occassionally, I will leave it off if I know I am going to be home for a few days or not need to take it somewhere for a few days just to try and get the battery to run down a little more than usual.
