An intermittent fault is always the hardest to diagnose and fix. The idea of going into support information mode and exercising the display with the unit held upside down does make a lot of sense, as the dots may dislodge dust or other foreign material and since the unit is upside down, it will fall to the floor. Is your display problem always the same cells that don't work intermittently or does the problem seem to occur on random cells? Brian -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
