Hi Brian,

Well, I've been dealing with them since the problem occurred.  I will have
to decide how to proceed from here.  I'm not convinced it's the display
itself, but I obviously don't know, and I don't think HW Techs are certain
about the intermittent issue either.

I think transplanted units have a one-year warranty.  Try phoning tech
support and ask if this is correct and see what they have to say about the
missing dots.
