Kathleen,
To go to support Informaiton Mode (console window), do the following:
1. From anywhere in KeySoft, press Fn+o for Options.
2. At the Options Menu, press Read+I. You are now at the support information
mode.
3. To exit the window, press ESC twice.
Some of the commands that you want to check are: a, b, c, d, e, I, j, l, p,
s, t, v, x (the x switch only appies to BrailleNtoe models that has braille
display) and Read_i (again, which is not documented). Commands to avoid are:
f, g, h, k, m, r, w, y and z.
