The device driver issue arises with the
laptop. BN already has drivers for these
cards, but some laptops does not.

Tara,
If the laptop recognizes the WiFi card, then
you can use it. Most laptops
these days comes with the built-in WiFi
chip. If it does not recognize
it, then you can install the driver that is
included with the card.

You are using so-called static IP address.
The router should be
configured to assign dynamic IP address.
Alternatively, when you are
setting up a connection configuration, say
no at the prompt about obtain
IP address, then type the address like this:
192.168.0.25. Then you won't
have this problem.
