This is why I recommend that you use 3.8 with
BrailleNote (if you use 4.2, then you CANNOT
use any form of Network options to
synchronize via network (either Wired or
WiFi).).

I want to use ActiveSync, then I do need to

version. For, if memory serves, those are
the only ones that work with the
Windows Mobile 5.0 devices. Thus, I'm using
ActiveSync 4.2, and I'm not
having any problems using it with my three
devices. I am able to sync via
serial and Bluetooth and USB;
however, also if memory serves, if one wants
to sync via WiFI, then the
latest version of ActiveSync they are able to
use for that purpose is
version 3.8.

Joseph thought 4.2 may not be a good idea for
