I would say that you use Database Manager if
you areoing to do reception work. Do you
have KeySoft 7.0 or higher on your
BrailleNote? There is no way of creating
another KeyPlan database.

Hi BN users!
Do you know if it's
possible to create a
second appointment
book, say for work,
and one for private
with the BN? I were
wondering because I
thought it would
make things easier
if I got a job where
I needed to keep
track of
appointments for
others, epreate
another appointment
book with the BN,
instead of using the
one in Outlook which
can be quite tricky.
If I used my own BN,
it would not be as
costly for those who
would be supplying
the technical
support I needed.
Do other people use
these BRAILLENotes
for work,
particularly
reception work and
if so, how do they
make best use of
them? I have already
considered using the
BN as a Braille
display to save
costs, since I much
prefer Braille to
speech output,
though I know I
would still probably
need Jaws.
