Gerhard, if you are doing resets, are you saying that you are
getting no noise when you press the button in? If you are, you
should be getting your Keysoft version, and be back at main menu.
If so, from the Main Menu, press E S R, and set your settings for
receiving email to 50. Then, when you check that email, and get
the "email is larger message" you can delete it, or press T to
get the first ten lines. I'm not sure what is happening, because
I don't know if the BN came on when resetting. I know that if it
did, it won't place you back in the email session.

Dear List
A BrailleNote user is experiencing the following problem with his
mPower
BT32 running KeySoft 7.0:
* He received an E-mail which has "jammed" the unit.
* He cannot close the E-mail application or return to the main
menu.
* Whenever he switches on the unit, he lands on the suspect
E-mail message
and can do nothing further.
We have tried all resets but to no avail.
Is there anything that the list can recommend that we try?
