Thanks for the responses so far. Thing is, it seems that the mail is
already downloaded since I don't connect to download it. Once I get to the
inbox the cursor is on that mail and a moment later the whole machine hangs.

I now think that I am also having problems with my charger since it seems
that the machine is completely run down and it refuses to respond when
plugged in to the charger but this is probably not related.

Kind Regards
Gerhard Erasmus

Gerhard, if you are doing resets, are you saying that you are getting no
noise when you press the button in? If you are, you should be getting your
Keysoft version, and be back at main menu.
If so, from the Main Menu, press E S R, and set your settings for receiving
email to 50. Then, when you check that email, and get the "email is larger
message" you can delete it, or press T to get the first ten lines. I'm not
sure what is happening, because I don't know if the BN came on when
resetting. I know that if it did, it won't place you back in the email
session.

Hoping this is a
wonderful day for you.
Warmest Regards,

Rhonda Clark
