Chris,
401 error means that the authorization has
failed. Check with your college to see if
they require different SMTP port or server.

Good afternoon all:
First of all, thanks to all of you who helped
with the college network issue. Now, with
the being said, I have another problem. I'm
getting a 550 error unable to relay when I
try to send an email through my braille note.
I've also inabled the smtp authentication and
tried again without any luck. I get the
following when authentication is enabled.
error 550 error 401 cannot send email. Can
someone point me in the direction of solving
this issue?
