Hello! Try doing a service reset. Plug your unit into an AC outlet. Let it be there for a minute or so just for good measure. Push the record button and reset button at the same time. This should bring it back to life.

Hi Listers, I just received my BN Mpower back from Humanware yesterday afternoon after sending it in for cleaning. When I unpacked it, I found that the battery was completely flat! This surprised me because my unit came back to me by two-day air, but I just plugged it in thinking I would recharge the battery and everything would be fine. Some 14 hours later, I can still get absolutely no response from my BN! My battery is less than a year old, and since my BN just passed through Quality Assurance, I would assume that it was working fine at the time, or it wouldn't have been sent back to me. I can't think of anything else to try. I have tried pressing the reset button, but to no avail. If anyone has any other suggestions for me I would be most grateful! If not, sadly, I will be shipping my BN back to Humanware Monday morning! Thanks in advance for any help you can offer! Desi Noller ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
