Oh, how awful! Did you try a service reset, with the record and reset
buttons? I've never had a completely dead mPower, but I've heard people say
that the service reset has resurrected their machines. I hope it resurrects
yours.

Subject: [Braillenote] Any Suggestions Would Be Most Helpful!
Hi Listers,
I just received my BN Mpower back from Humanware yesterday afternoon after
sending it in for cleaning. When I unpacked it, I found that the battery
was completely flat! This surprised me because my unit came back to me by
two-day air, but I just plugged it in thinking I would recharge the battery
and everything would be fine. Some 14 hours later, I can still get
absolutely no response from my BN! My battery is less than a year old, and
since my BN just passed through Quality Assurance, I would assume that it
was working fine at the time, or it wouldn't have been sent back to me. I
can't think of anything else to try. I have tried pressing the reset
button, but to no avail. If anyone has any other suggestions for me I would
be most grateful! If not, sadly, I will be shipping my BN back to Humanware
Monday morning! Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
