Dear Anne,

Does your BN have a QWERTY keyboard or a braille keyboard?

If you want to learn what each key is, from the main menu type the letter k. That will put you in the "keyboard learn" mode. You can press any key and learn what it does.

If you have a QWERTY keyboard, you can read the manual by pressing read with help. The read key is the left key on the third row from the bottom and the help key is the second key from the left on the bottom row. Hold down the read key and press the help key then let go of both keys.

Hello Anne.

Although I am not a Braillenote user, I do use the Voicenote, which is in the same family.

The instruction manual should be on the machine. From the main menu press B for Books, then follow the prompt to M for Manuals, on the System disk, and then select the chapter you want to read.

You should also have an audio CD with the unit.

PETER WILKINS.
