Hi, that sounds a very vague question. What on earth are they trying to find 
in the first place? Can they find it through the file lists built into 
KeySoft? If they're typing it, are they typing it in the correct grade? For 
example, non-Braille files require Computer Braille to be used for typing. 
Just some questions there to ponder over.
