OK. Try to open it from File Manager / Directory. Hope that helps.

The file is there, and it is a Keyword braille file.  I tried it
in computer braille, grade 2, ueb, then all those again with ueb
on instead of usa braille.  It just keeps saying "file does not
exist.  Create a new file?" The file does exist, though, and I am
sure we were both typing it correctly.
