The file is there, and it is a Keyword braille file. I tried it in computer braille, grade 2, ueb, then all those again with ueb on instead of usa braille. It just keeps saying "file does not exist. Create a new file?" The file does exist, though, and I am sure we were both typing it correctly.

Have a great day,
Alex

Hi, that sounds a very vague question. What on earth are they
trying to find
in the first place? Can they find it through the file lists built
into
KeySoft? If they're typing it, are they typing it in the correct
grade? For
example, non-Braille files require Computer Braille to be used
for typing.
Just some questions there to ponder over.

My friend's pk is now saying "file does not exist" when you sype
a file name at an open prompt. What is going on here?

Have a great day,
Alex
