Wow, what a strange problem that is. Never seen it on my mPower yet. It'll 
be interesting if anyone knows a solution for this.

The problem isn't that it won't open, the problem is that he
can't just type the file name and press enter; he has to select
the file even when he knows exactly what it is called.
