Either that number or *99# works just fine as the number to dial on my 
Pocket PC devices; and, in fact, was the number to dial on my Nokia 6620 as 
well.  However, in addition to this number, along with a username and 
password, I also had to use a modem initialization string.  And, seeing as 
that string wouldn't work on my BN, I had to enter that access point on the 
6620 every time.

The string that I use with my Nokia 6682 connecting through bluetooth is:
*99***1#

I just switch the keyboard entry to computer braille to make entry easier
with all of the computer symbols that are required.
