You know, excellent product support does mean a lot. In fact, just seeing the companies staff members on their own lists and showing interest in their products and customers means a lot as well. Take this with the fact that HW used to show this same type of interest in their customers and the BN family but pretty much stopped on this list, and it is no wonder that a lot of us, myself included, will be purchasing the products offered by GW Micro.
