Richard; How long have you been a member? About a year and a half or two, this list had super coverage. Then one of our best, Dean Jackson past away from epelepsi. I remember that greatly because I did not even know he had the illness because he was so knowledgeable in the computer field. It tutches my heart because I also have epelepsi. Later we lost Jonathon Mosin to the Packmate family. This was a great shock to everyone. Now, it seams to me, we only get a message from HW staff when there is an update, someone is going to be out or once in a blue moon, we will get a response to an important question. I sure miss the days of Dean and Johnathon. You could ask a question and if someone on the list did not solve it for you, one of them would step in with in a day or two. Where is this wonderful support we used to get? This question about service contracts I think should have been answered by someone who was manning the list serve.

Hi Why is it that on other lists, for example, dancing dots and sendero, the people that are responsible for creating and evolving their respective programs, regularly contribute to the list and try to solve our problems, yet on this list, it's a very rare occurence for someone from HW to chip in. Not complaining, just wondering. Cheers, Richard. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender. If your reply would be useful to the list, please send a copy to the list as well.
