I would have been happy even to know the service agreement policies were
being examined. I can't imagine what it must have been like to call to take
care of something you thought was a simple, routine thing, only to find out
the company wouldn't do it for you.

Possibly Humanware staff haven't commented on the service
agreement thread because each division, e. g. Canada, USA,
Europe, UK etc., may be permitted to decide what it will offer in
the way of service contracts.
For example, originally only the USA offered Stream owners an
extended warranty as an option, then their Canadian division
decided to offer this also.
It would be really nice if Maurice or someone else in
Christchurch would comment on threads specifically involving
Humanware policies!
