Possibly Humanware staff haven't commented on the service agreement thread because each division, e. g. Canada, USA, Europe, UK etc., may be permitted to decide what it will offer in the way of service contracts. For example, originally only the USA offered Stream owners an extended warranty as an option, then their Canadian division decided to offer this also. It would be really nice if Maurice or someone else in Christchurch would comment on threads specifically involving Humanware policies! Brian Brian K.
