Hi, I have noticed this too. It appears to happen when I'm brailling at
speed which makes it even more inconvenient, but the whole unit seems to
freeze and I have to reset it to get it working again. I'm not sure
what the cause of it is, but I can't really send it back as I use it on
such a regular basis. It's a shame because otherwise it's such a good
unit.

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] PK Speech keeps stopping

Yes, I've had the same loss of speech with my PK, practically
ever since I've had the unit. And, as with others, I do just
live with it, and then do the c 3 and c 4 reset
to get the PK talking once again.

I find a bit more annoying, though, to be typing an email and
then be popped out of it and back in the list of emails. But, it
does appear that HW has at least made this issue a bit easier for
us. For, a couple KS versions ago when I was knocked out of the
email message I was composing, I would lose that entire message,
no matter how long or short its content. Now, though, when I'm
dropped out of composing a message, that message which I was
typing then shows up in the drafts email folder. And, I only
lose, at most, maybe a word or two or three of what I was trying
to write.
