Dave, Issues relating to KeyWeb and memory management is a result of the poor memory management build into Windows CE 4.2, the current operating system underlaying the KeySoft overlay. There is a lot more better memory management and overall performance and support to be gained from upgrading to Windows CE 6 or Windows CE 7, which is in the works. Kevin
