Corey, The reason this is taking so long is not only does HumanWare have to work with Microsoft to get the licensing issue straighten out, but they will have to rewrite the entire KeySoft interface. Once all of this is settled, there will be the quality assurance process, which involves Alpha and Beta Testing, which takes a good amount of time for it to be done correctly. I hav noticed for HumanWare to be a company who wants things done and done correctly. So, I think that if they were to start on this process today starting at the licensing side of things that it would take them around a year, if not longer to complete the entire task for the end users to have. Keep in mind, this is complete speculation on my part.
Not to mention that Sendero Group will have to work really closely with HumanWare to ensure that the GPS side of things are working with the new operating system and KeySoft.
