Hi,
I changed the service user name to WAP.CINGULARGPRS.COM and the password to
CINGULAR1, both in upper case, and changed the phone number to *99#. Since
it didn't work with *99#, I changed the number back to *99***1#. Still no
joy.
I got a window popping up on the cell phone which is looking for some sort
of text, and all Talks says is "bluetooth window, text, key2 cancel."
I don't know what it wants from me.
Hmmm.

Well, I'm not using that setup anymore myself, as I'm using a Windows
Mobile
phone and PDA plan, thus usually getting my email/internet info on the
device itself. However, in checking the connections I used to use with my
BN, I used the phone number *99#, I did use the [EMAIL PROTECTED] but I
put it in all caps and I also put the cingular1 password in all caps as
well.

Hi Vicki,
Yes. Wait for dial tone is definitely set to no.
