although there's no mention of it in the braille user guide that
came with my pk, isn't the slot on the far right some kind of sd
card slot?
i read a bit about it in the onboard user guide before it
disappeared when doing one of the resets.
i've got a 6 gb compact flash card but it's quite thick and is a
very tight fit making it very difficult to extract from the pk.
i've had to make a tab with gaffa tape so i can pull it out.
this is why i was asking about the sd card slot, if that is what
it is.

There is only one slot in the BrailleNote PK and that is the
CompactFlash
card slot. It is possible to get CompactFlash cards of up to
32GB in
capacity. The two brands that have worked in the BrailleNote as
wireless
cards go are SanDisk and Ambicom. It is getting harder and
harder to find
these cards. Your best bet would be to phone your HumanWare
office and
obtain the card that way as you will be paying a little more but
it will be
certain that it will work.

hi
i've tried all the resets, and the manual does not come back, it
is
not on the system disk.
if i try and access the user guide from the options menu, i keep
getting a repeated message saying cannot find the table of
contents
file, and have to do a reset.
for the time being, how can i change what the joystick does?
