Richard,

The far right slot on the PK is actually a modified serial slot. Using the
provided cables it can be used as a standard serial connector or be used to
connect external keyboards.

I am interested to know how you obtained a 6GB card as I thought they came
in 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32GB capacities.

It is very true that the Flash Disk is very small, this is where it is very
important to obtain a CompactFlash card that will suit you, which is where
the 32GB card is nice as it is roughly 150USD.

hi again kev,
although there's no mention of it in the braille user guide that came with
my pk, isn't the slot on the far right some kind of sd card slot?
i read a bit about it in the onboard user guide before it disappeared when
doing one of the resets.
i've got a 6 gb compact flash card but it's quite thick and is a very tight
fit making it very difficult to extract from the pk.
i've had to make a tab with gaffa tape so i can pull it out.
this is why i was asking about the sd card slot, if that is what it is.
