Hi All:

This kind of thing with battery changing is exactly one of the reasons I
am an advocate for places around the country and in other parts of the
world to be trained and licensed by Humanware and other blindness
companies to be able to do repair work.  As I think I've said before on
this list, it would be much more convenient for a person to be able to
take, with authorization from Humanware, their product into a local or
somewhat local (within 50 miles) place to get repairs done.  And, they
wouldn't have to be without their units as long.
