Dots 4-5 tries to upgrade, so if you had no upgrade in the unit at the time... Try a normal reset, then a 4-5-6 reset. One of these should put it right. Make sure, if you have not done so already, to remove any media (sd or cf cards, usb drives, and so on). If all else fails, you can try a service reset (hold down record and reset for a few seconds, after plugging in your unit, then release them both and follow any instructions. When told to press reset, it means to do a plain reset with no keys down).

Hi, I was upgrading my BrailleNote Mpower bt to Keysoft 7.5. I
