Hello,

Use this URL to access the Basic HTML version of Gmail from your BrailleNote:
http://gmail.google.com/gmail/h/

The Basic HTML view is a stripped-down version of Gmail designed for the desktop, to provide increased accessibility and compatibility; the mobile view, however, is designed for the small screen of a cell phone or PDA.

Hi Siena,

I wouldn't be seen dead using KeyMail as my primary email client,
but if
it's just temporary, why don't you send only using KeyMail so
that you can
attach files and use Gmail's mobile interface to read?

One thing that isn't clear is why Gmail uses two separate vanilla
interfaces, one mobile and one "Basic". As I understand it,
their "Basic"
interface will do attachments, but try as I might I can't reach
it from my
BN because their system redirects mobile User Agents always to
their
mobile interface. Even when you use nocheckbrowser. Helpful!

I do think that when you're mobile your best option is a real
email
client, since only then do you get real flexibility on the move.
In your
case that means handling attachments. IMAP, if supported, would
be ideal
here since you can fetch message text independent of other
message parts
(attachments). Most cell phones do this now.

Cheers,
Sabahattin
