No, it's possible to send only from the BrailleNote. Once you've composed all your emails and queued them, just press escape to leave the KeyMail menu. You'll be prompted to send the mails you've queued up (shown in your OutBox), but you won't check. If there's any doubt, just clear the POP server from the directory definition.
