Good Day Everyone, I know this is a stupid question, however, I'm hoping someone will have the tolerance to help me. My name is Susan-Marie and I am a college student and I've recently received a new MPower and need to return the old MPower to my VR Counselor. The trouble is that I've had the old one for approximately 4 years and, of course, it contains a great deal of personal information. Can anyone please tell me the best way to reset the BrailleNote to the factory settings? Will it be necessary for me to delete each file individually? I think the best way to save all of my personally added information is to simply copy the entire contents of the old one to a compact flash card. Is that correct? Thanks so much for any help.
