Hi All:

I'm only going to say one thing on this thread. I recognize the urgency
of being able to access Bookshare; after all, that access has been taken
from BN users now and they are used to having it. Having said that, I
hope HW will take the necessary time to develop and test a solid fix for
the problem. We don't want them to release something that is buggy and
doesn't solve the problem and leads to more user frustration.

I'm curious as to how other notetakers like the Pacmate and Braille
Sense are handling the new Bookshare. I have not been able to find out.

HW's presence on the list is a concern to me, but if they are taking
time to develop a test a fix for the Bookshare or other problems, I have
no problem with that. I do hope they will keep us informed of their
progress.
