Malaina, How about better communication from Bookshare to its users? That would be a very good start. HW does not get off the hook on this one either as they could release a patch rather than putting it into an upgrade whose release date is not yet known. How many people have lost access because of this mess; and as Ann so rightly pointed out, it is a safety issue for some, especially in the db community.
Again, better communication could have avoided a lot of problems.
