The problem, though, is that when you read through with most any
speech synthesizer you do not hear that the word is caps. The
only program I have ever seen that will let you adjust speech for
all-cap words is JAWS. This is why I prefer something that any
program set to even some punctuation would say, such as the
asterisk.
